opions needed please

just after some quick opions on this one in victoria if you wouldn't mind just having a gander at it on ebay.
a friend wants to buy it, looks good to me but im no expert
in any way shape or form to give my opion on it other than i like it but would like some true feedback from those with more experience than i with beetle's thanks.
