Advice on where to go in Europe for VW.
Going to Europe in two weeks time, just wondering anyone can give me any advice on where to go other than the VW museum in Germany.
Cheers!

Hi Chap,
If your in the UK, head to VanFest at the Malvern Hills its on the weekend of the 7-9 September.
Its a craking good show and well worth a visit if your here.
Otherwise I guess you wll have to google or lonely planet website is a good resource for places to go
Enjoy your time

Check out this site for european shows:
http://www.vwshows.info/
As Ragerty says, Vanfest is a great show - usually around 10,000 vans there! I'm working that weekend which is a bugger
Theres a Westphalia museum in Hannover (Germany) but I can't find it on Google and its ten years since I was there so can't remember exactly where
it is. I'll keep searching and post more info if I find it

Just thought of another place - meilenwerk project in Berlin. I've never been there myself but looking at the photo's I've seen it looks amazing.
Looking at the website, they've recently opened one in Dusseldorf too. Shame it wasn't opened sooner as I worked just outside Dusseldorf in 05.

Ah Beaulieu is a splendid place for the motor museum and the scenery being in the New Forest. Used to live near there so used to go quite a bit for
the bike shows and car shows etc.
