Water to Air Subaru Intercooler Question
Hey Guys
Just wondering if it would be a good idea to use a 2ltr washer bottle in conjunction with a water to air IC, if so should I mount it after the
radiator?
I was thinking of running:
Radiator then washer reservoir then pump to the cooler, would this work well?
the Stock cooler has a tiny litle tank connected to it, should i remove it and run the bigger tank or just leave it as stock?

I personally would leave it alone as some little guru at Subaru has spent a shit load of $$ and research to make it all work right
Don't let body work get in the way of real suspension travel

Sounds ok for placement. Don't know about a washer bottle though......take a look at JNTperformance.com.au He makes some nice gear and is very well
priced
Personally, I'd rather have more available cooler water than the stock setup.
More cooler water = less heat soak.
In a volksie it all depends on space and where each of these components are mounted.
Remember the manufacturers need to limit power cause they need to be seen as responsible. IC's are the perfect component (as well as the exhaust) to
scale down the efficiency of any turbo setup.

looking at the setup closer it seems the factory lil bottle that is mounted on the cooler is only there as a overflow setup (its connected to the neck
of the radiator cap)
but how much pressure actually builds up? I cant see it doing anything, I cant remember how much the cap builds up to before it opens but its a lot,
unless I'm running the wrong cap.
should I still run the washer Bootle anyway but connect it to the cooler then the rad?
