yep just about any auto parts dealer
but if ya want one a bit cheeper therte was a ebay seller floging the coolers alone and the fan can be bought at any auto wrecker or bike wrecker the
fan is only plastic tied to the cooler
i built mine using a 6 pass cooler new from above seller for $15.00 and the fan from a wrecker for $20.00 its the heat switch that you need new from
again auto parts
good luck

If you need an external cooler, go for a plate type, they cool much more efficiently, the tube cooler is more prone to damage as well

i am getting one off Rod Penrose, he has some readily available, i am picking up one to cool my 2276, his prices are fairly reasonable too. just have
to wait till he comes back from the US. his are of the well branded ones. B&M i think.
