Stud Conversion

Hi Guys

I want all the information you have on stud conversions, i want to go from 4x 130 to somthing more common,
I.E 4 x 100 or anything really.

first question, How much are blank disk / drum hubs worth for a bug / t3???

Who can perform the stud drilling / pressing???

How much do they charge????

Volks Conversion in QLD charge around $800 for 4x hubs with whatever stud pattern.

Seems a bit rich, i can get custom made wheels for the same price.

VW Performance Centre will change my stud pattern to any 4 bolt pattern for about $200. What should i change them to??

What is the most common 4 bolt pattern??

What is the factory offset of type 3 wheels??

Is there anything else i should consider when shopping for some jap alloys??

depending on what state you are in, you may need to check the legalities of redrilling stock disks/drums.
