Driving lights
Does anyone know the legal limitations for extra driving lights in NSW. I was thinking of putting 1 or 2 pair on the roof, but I don't know if
this will upset the boys in blue.

Yes, that's illegal - they are not allowed to be that high, and they are not allowed to be behind the driver. You might be allowed to have them
there, so long as you never use them on a public road...

Hi
Im pretty sure that they must not be mounted higher than the centre line of the original headlights, but I see 4WDs all the time that dont comply with
this rule. The best way to find out be to call the RTA. I searched the RTA site and I could find no help on your question.

Mayby I should put a 4X4 badge on the back, then I could get away with bloody murder.
