Wakefield Park Fri 21st Sept, speed off the streets
I'm heading out for the day with the Spyder and mate is driving his Ford Roadster hotrod down to do some data logging with his new Megasquirt EFI on
the track. Anyone else happen to be out there?

Well, the track's 2.2 km in length. My program calls for a 50min run at a zone 2 heart rate on Friday, so about 5.5 laps warm up even before I get in
the car.....:P
On a bit of a taper at the moment for the half marathon on Sunday:duh
