WANTED SEMI AUTO BEETLE in VIC

WANTED - SEMI AUTO BEETLE in VIC - or auto type 3 considered.

as the title says, prefer someting complete, running, and easy to reg if not already.
(havn't got heaps to spend but will listen to what you have.)

my partners A class Merc has just been estimated at costing over 10k to fix a f@#ked gearbox/diff... so I need to find her some temp transport.

and thought a beetle or auto type 3 would be the best thing for her.

cheers all in advance.

as i hinted at,

I have to find at least 10 for the missus benz repair and thought I'd try find something cheap for her in the interim, that I can reuse myself later if need be (if only she could drive stick)

open to hear what you have.... am looking at a type3 this weekend but would definately prefer a beetle.

what u got? all depends of course on the car...???

to answer your question hoped I'd find something under a grand that needed a little but no heaps to get a "friendly" rwc on and keep her of the trains/trams while I find the big dollars for her car.

thanks Ben
