Help with registration and password troubles

I've gone through the support mail box and responded to everyone who was there.

I've started to use a really nice easy to use templater. I managed to get through 3 months worth of tech support in about 15 minutes. Awesome.

I had some problems, I registered over a week ago, but couldn't log on,

I got on before, then had to log in about 20 times for it to let me back on again


seems to be ok now though
