Type 3 1835cc engine ex USA complete with mild street cam, baby Dells FRD 34b carbs inc. short manifolds & filters, x-bar linkage, balanced clutch and flywheel, 4 into 1 single bugpak zorst, $2800.00

the 5 rib should be a 1800 002
maybe its a 1800 box with 2l bellhousing

definitely 2L box, 1800 box has only 3 ribs.

Five rib should be a 002 (see http://www.shoptalkforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=102124  ). Check the part numbers cast on the housing sections do they start with 002 or 091.

1800 boxes have 5 ribs.

Guys, like I said before "definitely 2L 091 box".

To displace confusion about the 091 - 5 & 002 - 5 rib a lot of box builders in Europe have adopted the 091 - 5 rib, and 002 - 3 rib configuration counting only the ribs directly over the CV, go figure.

I hope that clears it up for all, whether you want to call it 5 or 6 rib, rest assured its a 2L 091 box, we made sure to CHECK the side of the box.

I will also post a pic of it hopefully tomorrow.
