Pop-out windows

Are there any problems in retro-fitting pop-out windows to a '72 square? Whats involved and does anybody have some?

Do a search on the samba, I remember seeing some info there. I have a set $70+p&h but will need new outer seals (ispwest have them). If you don't find something closer to brisbane let me know.

You will need to get the hinge tabs from an earlier up to about 1971 square which are welded into the existing rectangular holes in the B pillar . The latch attachment is easier than the Notch as it doesn't require a nut plate for the metal thread screws. The square uses self tappers to attach.

Thank you both for the info.

MackayManx I might take you up on those windows, my sister married a Mackay bloke and they are going up over Xmas. I'm sure they'd be able to fit them in! Penn St from memory in Mackay.
