Porsche PCD for bay kombi disks and drums

Hi all, can you get new front discs and rear drums for bay window kombi in porsche 5x130 PCD. As i have two sets of boxster wheels and my brother wants to put a set on his 71 dual cab.

those slotted drums won't be legal in Australia... A shame, because with another five holes, rather than slots, they would be!
