brake and clutch pedal adjustment

Is there any reason why I couldnt cut and reweld my clutch and brake pedal in my Fasty so they came down to a closer/more even level of the accelerator?

Reason why this may not be worth a try? Would I not still get the same arm movement even with the shorter arm?

Was only noticing today in my old age how long it takes me to get from the accelerator to the brake, you cant just slide across as a conventional setup

I love 242HP sleepers.

How many sets of lights does it take a $229k Carrera S to learn? UPDATE: Cayman S, M3, B4 now added to the list.
