[FS - WA] the"ueber"rat 58 beetle project..
hi all
selling this ueber ratty 58 beetle
as said its a great car to rat or a good starting point for a resto
its 95 % complete including year correct taillights and semaphores (needing resto of course)and steering wheel(verrry keen resto)
all glass there chrome trim interior panels pretty good condition
1200 motor in pieces
whats missing:
missing is one front seat backrest
and the headlight buckets(i might be able to supply some parts to start of though)and the indicator stalk(might have soe bits here too)
some parts are not shown in pics but are there
the rust:
surface you can see in the pic
both heater channels are very solid(car came from dry country and has been bitumen coated underneath)
rust in the bottom hinge pillars both sides (not too bad)
passenger door has rust in the bottom
floor is solid even battery tray still there(though has about 50 cent piece hole in it
rear apron has rust where its joined to the rear fenders
only putting up a few pics but send me an email for detailed photos and questions

one of these just sold on ebay for 850 wthout floors or glass or bumpers or gauges or or or !!!!
