TURBO & WASTEGATE


TDO5 with WASTEGATE

Turbo is flowed and the external wastegate is modded

I have a Intercooler to go with and a Silicon Hose.

Thinking outside the square this turbo should fit most VW application with some thinking.:tu:

I will throw in a 3inch ceramic dump.

This Turbo was running 300hps at 13.5psi

what is the inlet & outlet wheel sized John ?

are you saying you have welded the waste gate closed ?

Hi seagull, no the wastegate is not welded.The prob i found is the gateway doesnt open wide enough(more adjustment to activater arm)

Turbo wheel is around 43mm( i have to check) with housing smoothed internally. I had another tdo5 on it and nether got close to this one in flow:no:
