Well it's good to see Ovals finally being appreciated as a "fine" car, and some decent money being exchanged for them. I could never understand the
huge price difference between the early beetles and the split window Kombi's. As far as rariety is concerned most shows I go to Ovals are out
numbered by splittys, usually two to one.

It seems they are increasing in value quite remarkably, I have only had mine for 4 1/2 years and it has doubled in value already. looks like I got in
at the right time.
