This guy really doesn't want his car stolen, does he. That mess would be a real pain to put on/off every day, not to mention the damage to the steering wheel threading all heavy chain through. It probally works though.

:P

Nothing a hacksaw or battery operated angle grinder can't fix in a few seconds.

That sort of visual deterrent is only good against non-tool carrying junkies. Joy riders and professional thieves know how to get around that in a few seconds at worst, so I'm not teaching you things that aren't already out there.

A system built on a system has the flaws of the first system, plus the flaws of the second system. Sometimes, the flaws of the first system are not useful to exploit until you add the second system. This is why I love my job in security so much sometimes, as the answer's not exactly obvious.

I'm pretty sure you'll come up with the right answer with an "ah ha!" sign lighting up.

Think about it for a tick... which thing in the above image would you saw through?

Andrew

ps. That's why I've never bought a club lock. They're useless.

Just two quick snips at the steering wheel and off they all slide! :bounce

But he probably has four wheel clamps also!
