Andrew , 01 wrx will set you back $800.00 05 will set you back around $1300.00

The wrx calipers are made of cast iron & they are heavy

If you look out side the ball park you can get hold of Nissan 300z > R32 4 pot ally calipers c/w pads & disks for around $300.00 ( I have another set that I have just removed from my nissan front cut 4 sale ) these are made of ally & a very light , they also take the same pad as the subaru units .The nissan rears are the same unit as the subaru ones , same mould but nissan had NISSAN placed in the mould insert

I am guesing this is for the wags & I hope this may help what you are doing .If you after a set of nissan calipers as above drop me a Pm

cheers seagull

Seagull,

Actually not for my VW this time. I am sourcing a set as requested because they are an upgrade to what Suby put on the B4's, pretty stupid that the B4's didnt get atleast the same set up as the standard WRX.

Thanks for your info...................now that you know what I actually need them for, even though the R32 Front) take the same pad I dont assume they have the same mounting holes etc to bolt onto the Suby? So what you are saying the rears will bolt on and imagine you could just polish away the NISSAN logo?

If all I say is a load of crap happy to take a full set of WRX 01's off you if you can get them or have them.

Thanks, Andrew

no you need an adapter for this

yes if you have the backing plate & the disk from a two pot rear wrx

If all I say is a load of crap happy to take a full set of WRX 01's off you if you can get them or have them.

I can get you wrx fronts & nissan rears

Now here is another one ! I have an adapter from your stock B4 rear backing plate so you can fit the lager wrx vented disk on using a nissan caliper .

The subaru brakes are expencive & getting harder to locate .I see what I can do

Thanks, Andrew
