Gear porn xxx
hey Guys
I thought i'd show off my shinney new Albins gears:
3.55 x 2.25
1.44 X 0.93
Only thing I haven't bought is a Ring & Pinion, does that mean no slicks / burnouts or will it break eventually anyway?

Put it in second - mark (eg with whiteout) the output flange and the clutch. 8 turns of the clutch to one on the output flange is 3.88 - can't
remember what the other calcs are.

I am no expert on gear selection and hope someone else can comment but I think 1st will still be far to short and sharp. You have heaps of power to
get up and boogy and 1st is really a waist.
If your at 140kw atw, wait until you get more. For example, as you know running 180kw atw and my gears with SSP 3.875 R&P are 3.0, 2.0, 1.26 (I
think) and 0.86.
Sit on just under 3k at 100km/h and first thing I noticed is I could actually if turning from a T intersection, get around the corner without having
to change into 2nd. without it sounding like Im over revving.

I love 242HP sleepers.
How many sets of lights does it take a $229k Carrera S to learn?
UPDATE: Cayman S, M3, B4 now added to the list.

You might break the albins gears even with a std R&P. Thats what I did.
