what cam???

I need to replace my cam and lifters in my 75 bay 2L any hints on what and what NOT to buy,the motor is stock but if im going to replace the cam i was maybe looking at say a slightly warm cam as i would love to latter replace exust and maybe carbs.Any prices would be good.
