I emailed the owner and told him it was sold at this price! Waited for the dodgy return email and this is what I got.
Hello,
The car is in excelent condition as you can see in the
photos.
It has a CLEAN TITLE a great history and mechanically
without any problems ever safety check
and pre-delivery inspection along with a fresh
servicing before I ship or deliver the
vehicle.I always kept it in my garage,away from bad
weather and it looks gorgeous.
The Vehicle is currently located in Milano,Italy since
Jan 2008 and I will arrange shipping from here on my
cost.
The problem is that meanwhile I had to move with my
family in Italy.
Unfortunately I am forced to let it go you see, due to
my job I had to move and I just found a great house
offer.
The thing is that I have to make a deposit so I can be
sure that I won't loose this offer.
On the other hand, I hope I will find someone who will
treat this baby like I did.
Shipping can be arranged whit DAS(airfreight) and it
will take no more then 4 days.
I have a friend there who will manage me a low
freight price and I assumed that it is my duty to pay
for it.
The Car will be delivered directly to your address
through escrow sistem.
We can use an escrow agreement to facilitate payment
so that we both can be protected.

instance, pending the completion of a purchase, the

there was a similar advert last year only the guy was in greece...
My friends nearly got scammed with an ad for a nearly new mazda, the phone number was wrong so she emailed, the reply said the owner had a speech
impediment and was embarressed to talk on the phone, and to see the car the first person would buy it, so they would need to put a $2K down in order
to view it...... so dodgy.

I had this a while back on egay. I dragged it along untill they were saying they would ship the car from England in less than 24hrs, all I had to do
was pay the money!!
Then I told them my solicitor would work as an independant escrow agent and hold the moneys, and that was the end of transmission...... I wonder
why????
Since then I've scene it half a dozen times or more.
