That was a promo shot from about 89. The BMX guy is Mark 'Silly Sid' Salisbury jumping over Richie Kings ghia

I was at the first Beetle Bash at Santa Pod in 91 and there was a BMX display jumping over another of Richies ghias. This was originally a coupe with the roof cut off. He made a hard top for it which looking cool on or off
