Cost of full rebuild?

Hey guys,

Anyone have an idea on cost for a full rebuild on a 2.0lt T4 motor.

I have been given a estimate of $4200 for the following:

New heads inc heavy duty valve springs and valves (larger inlet & exhaust ports), new standard barrels & pistons for the top end. New cam (270/290 duration with 0.420 lift), lifters and full set of bearings throughout the bottom. It was described as a total rebuild.

Does this sound fair??

Cheers

Derek

$4 to 6.5K for a full rebuild, There's also carbs, distributer, cooling system, exhaust and clutch to think about for it to be a full rebuild.
