another day, another lesson
so while cleaning and sorting parts tonight, i found a chrome generator plate. it was pretending to be a crusty one under a cm of oil, burnt rubber
and a big spider!!!
its all clean now! its these little pleasantries that make it seem worthwhile.
meanwhile, our new dog dug up an old "kong" in the backyard. its original owner has been gone for many, many years.
Two VW relics resurrected!!!!!!

That's quite funny as I've just returned from the vets with the wife (plus dog of course) and while we were waiting the wife was looking at a
'kong' and I mentioned that it looked exactlt like a kombi bump stop even down to the hole in the bottom! Literally this happened less tham 30
minutes ago!
