[FS - NSW] Yet another Oval
I was going to keep this but I have two split projects and a Bay SC to finish so I'd rather it go to somebody who will make use of it rather than sit
in the shed for 5 years till I get time to work on it.
It's not immaculate but mostly complete, the engine lid is the wrong one and the semaphors have been replaced by an exterior light, I think the slots
are still underneath. Drives well. Only some small dints and very little rust. It's a very good basis for a restoration or Rat it like it is. If
that's the way somebody wants to go with it the interior roof already has orange shagpile carpet glue on.
The area postcode is 2350
Body number under the rear seat is 1525296
Engine number is 1449151
MKA no is 4658
I think the pan has been changed for a year or two older than the body.
The price is $5,500

I'm loving the orange shagpile headliner! I'm thinking of doing the same thing in my Kombi (just not in orange) and after seeing how cool that
looks, I'm definitely going to do it.
Good luck with the sale. I'm sure it will be snapped up. If my 12yo was a couple of years older, I'd buy it for him.

Didn't get any bites so it stays in the shed, I'm glad really. I do like the shape of Ovals and they make a pretty economical run around. The 59
Kombi is first project then the 74SC then maybe the Oval before the 59SC. I have around 3 years projects lined up I think I'll stop looking for a
while, well maybe after I get the next 3 VW recovery expeditions done anyway.

lets all remember how much it costs to do them up
there not that special
same with split kombi,s your all on crack with those prices
