Some subaru parts FS..
Hey, a friend on here mentioned there might be some interest on some subaru parts I've got for sale. So I decided to sign up with the sole purpose of
seeing if theres any interest. I could be fake and introduce myself and say how I've always wanted a VW but blah blah, but I'm only trying to give
these bits a good home. I'll try and answer any questions, but please be aware I know nothing about actually fitting this stuff to VW's, just that a
lot of people do it!
I am basically splitting my 1990 Generation 1 Liberty into parts to sell it. I've already sold the shell, so now it's a matter of clearing the
garage. My location is North Strathfield, Sydney, post code 2137. I can get the motor or box on a pallet and shrink wrap it, but thats about the
extent I can help with as far as freight goes (aside from putting it in a ute)
1. 1994 WRX EJ20G. 115,000km's (Bought from Ichiban in Sydney). Closed deckLong motor, no accessories. Timing belt done. Might be some idler noise,
but that could have been the alternator as well. Comes with spare idlers, flywheel, and exhaust manifold. Also have inlet manifold including
injectors/rails (380cc)+ some sensors available.
$500 for the block, can negotiate on the (inlet) manifold depending on what bits you need.
2. 2005 Forrester gearbox. Not even sure if this is applicable for this forum, but it's quite a strong box (4.44 final drive) - one of the better 5
speeds for sure. Cable drive speed sensor (can be interchanged with electronic). I'm selling this elsewhere for $1700 ono, but that's with a rear
diff, 4 driveshafts and a tail shaft. I'd imagine anyone on here wouldn't need most of that (may need the front driveshafts?) so I'd say $1300 for
the box alone.
I don't think many of my other bits (not that there is much left would be applicable, apart from maybe big front brakes and late model wrx wheels
..
