Mate, I bought something pretty well identical to this and with a little modification got it working with one piece windows. Pretty reasonable price
too.
Here is a pic of the mockup in an old door. the 3 red rings indicate where I did bolt fixings - the top and middle/bottom one are factory mounting
points and a third is added for the motor (at the right).

One Piece Windows- Not recommended
Hi
You can buy one piece windows at many of the VW shops
on Here
I think Mick Motors in Brisbane has them...
they have gone out of favour...
I know a fellow who fitted them..
then took them out and refitted his 1/4 windows etc..
remember the 1/4 windows work excellent in the summer.
I wouldn't recommend the one piece windows....
to have them work correctly - You need 1968 beetle dual lift window winders -
otherwise You will have problems...
and 1968 window winders are rare as ..
also You need to take the door stays out
otherwise when You close a door with the window down, they will smash the window,...
I've only ever seen electric window winders advertised in The US or The UK....
I believe there are beetles with electric windows in Australia... but they are rare...
