[FS - NSW] Not VW / house to share.

Gordon - 87836891.Hope this is ok to post. I have two rooms in house at Lurnea to share. Around $100 PW each. You have run of the house. Share Water/Electricity. Currently Elec is about $250 per quarter. Water usage about $20 per quarter. You feed yourself/s. Driveway to carport. Garage can`t be used to work on car/s as sealed in at front. But can be used to work on panels/storeage etc. 10' x 10' shed at back. 10' x 10' slab beside. There is only me, my dog & bug to contend with. No other pets allowed. Older house minutes to Lurnea shops, Hill Road. Thanks

Additonally, there is attatched to the side of garage a covered 10' x 25' concreted floor pergola which a car or two can be driven under and worked on.So there you have it - double length front carport, double length garage to store tools/panels or paint such, big work bench etc, attatched pergola to work on car/s. 10' x 10' garden shed for storage and about same size concrete slab for further parking. The electricity figure mentioned above (1st post) is a cost shared between however many ppl share, ( not per person) including myself. Same goes for the water charge.Big wardrobes in the two carpeted (soon to be vacant) rooms requiring only your bed (double single whatever) and any furniture you decide to bring. Lounge room has big 3 piece sofa. You supply your own cutlery/crockery/cookware. Kitchen has cooktop as well as stove and plenty of cupboard space. Washing machine already in laundry. Guess that`s it.

Hi Steve. Likewise. Just wish i had more time to meet fellow dubbers on Sunday. Spent ages looking, looking, looking at all and sundry cars etc seeing what ppl have done to theirs. Tried getting down to Admin area but something else always caught my eye. Did get to catch up with Kuch & Family. But not to worry, will hopefully sort that out in the ensuing weeks. Cheers
