Hi there and congrats on the Ebay win.
The engine looks to be a stock 1600tp or maybe a 1640 big bore kit. The webber looks to be a 40mm DCN or
DCN-F. and the exhaust maybe a kadron or empi.
This car has had a few owners in the last couple of years and has had an engine change at some point to. From memory it had a 1835 the first time it
came up on ebay.

Congrats on a smart looking ride. One would have thought that being an ex show car some sort of (written) history would`ve been available / supplied
to you.

The car looks like a 1970 model [torsion bar] beetle
looking at the engine lid with the rain gaurds
which are fairly rare these days..
it has a front bumper from a 1976 beetle [non super]
it has an extractor exhaust system
and Weber carburetor..
009 distributor and alloy timing pulley
and genuine PORSCHE ALLOY wide wheels..
good news - the heaters are hooked up..
many show cars have these disconnected.
the engine could be anything 1600 1641 1776 1835 etc
car looks great - only $3000??

I'm pretty sure thats a DCN, the DCNF has a choke the DCN does not.
