My new purchase.......what is it?
Went and picked this up last week with the girlfriend. I got to buy the car, she got to drag me into every shop on Chappel St, Melbourne...man theres
a lot of shops on that street.
Anywho, Id NEVER driven one of these things before. It meant for a nervewracking drive out of Melbourne up to Sydney. Still to get plates on it as the
lady removed the personal plates before I purchased. It needs a couple of front suspension/tie rod boots replaced. Anyone know of Vintage friendly
pink slip shops in Sydney?
Cheers,
Steve

Thanks Guys. Well, Im about 5'11. It does have a very low roof line. Just below my belly button. It really does feel like your ass is on the ground
when sitting in it but once your in, its very roomy! You can stretch your legs straight out in front of you and theres still more room! Like being in
a go cart. Sticks to the road very well.
Couple of bits and pieces I need, Ill have to give Richard a call.
Thugbug/Towdster...there was definately a bit of Jekyl coming out after 4 hours of shopping.
11Cab, That is one expensive VW/Porsche!
Yeah Ol, see! Man, Ive been looking and asking around everywhere and I cant even find a set of Rivieras! Where have all the wheels gone? Grey, Id LOVE
a set of 2 ltr Fuchs.....got some? ;-)

Nice 914, I had 2.0l wheels on my beetle. they were american eagle repros, and were great value.
check out classic vee dub. They list them, but currently out of stock. Might be able to get them in for you

I saw a real sweet 914/6 at V force today. But they do sit low. Reckon you`d need one of those jason lift chairs to help you out of the cabin.
