Well i guess its not a rat,but i dont know what else to call it due to the fact its going to be flat colours not shiney, this body was going to be thrown out to the tip so i grabbed it and started playing with it,now i just whant to get it going???greedy the extra stuff im looking for is things like beetle roof rack, old NRMA badge or scratch plates for the door handles(Ice Pick Style) scratch plate for the bonnet handle, any old vw related stickers or badges ,15 inch white wall inserts, anything that suits the period i guess to make it look old cheers shane.

Hi Shane,

Take it as a blessing he can practice on the Commodore.

I suggest you fill in the tailpipe cut outs, makes a big difference to the look of the car.

Cheers,

David

Boy I have looked after you.

Fill in the Cutouts, you will regret it and wont go back and do it later.

Look up a colour called Violettrott, it was on BMW 316's I painted my Old Karmann Ghia in it and it is really classy especially with Chrome.

Cheers,

David
