WTD BNE: Beetle Balljoint Frame Head

Hi,

I am currently performing a balljoint frame head conversion on a king and link pin beetle. I bought the typical aftermarket replacement, but after seeing from my jig (built off a straight link pin beetle) that the beam angle on the replacement actually leans in a different direction to the original, I was thinking I might just chase down a genuine item and feel a little more confident.

So does anyone have a front chassis chop of a ball joint frame head that I could use in the conversion (perhaps a cut from the drivers side of the front firewall hump).

Many thanks
Peter
