Hello Volks,
I found this forum Googling water cooled Bug. What a great site. I would like to build a 2.1WBX with a 091 trans in a 1303 for the next project.
Here is something the family and I built last years.

Awesome dude. Great vids there of you out on that first run. So you've done away with the front door frame and running no side glass? I'm looking
through you pics now. Any close ups of the front beam setup?
