I haven't run in any of them yet, but probably will next year - working up to it gently with Lakeside sprints and probably do at least one set of QR
Sat Arvo sprints.
A few mates from hillclimbing run in both the sprints and races for the Top Gear series, and so far have had a pretty good time of it. Gets pretty
competitive - they're in Datsun 1600's which there are about 7 all up, and all pretty evenly matched. Not a bad day for spectating either - there
are some damn nice machines that run in them.
