If you have an early type 3 and want 12 volt you will need the wipers from a '68 or there abouts type 3. I have a '65 Notch and used a '68 wiper
assembly, they changed the throw on the wipers form the left to right hand side(?) in the early '70s. I think 68- 70 are the ones to use, some one
else may know the exact years to use.

They were changed about 71-2 for the RHD models. A 68-69 should be right for you. Make sure the wiring is right for your switch when you connect
things up. Early pushbutton wipers were variable, not two speed as the 12 volt ones are.

Can you post some detailed pics up of what your looks like.
I have heaps of spares from over the years and probably will have what you need.
Cheers,
David

I just scanned through a bunch of pictures and it looks like the wiper change could be the same time as the early-late model change 69-70.
If so early cars (62-69) are arms from right to left.
Late cars (70-73) are arms from left to right.
68 up are 12V.
I got a very good pair of arms to suit left - right if interested.
