Howdi all and a question about buying

Howdi people,

Was googling for info on what to find out when buying a Kombi and came across your forums.

Just saw a add at the supermarket for a 1973 Kombi ./c pop-top, sink, fridge, bed etc.
Asking price $3800

Was wondering what sort of questions I should be asking when I give them a call? I have never had a kombi before however have been looking for a traveling companion for a while ;)
