WTB Type 3 Fuel sender - is there another option?
G'day - I need a fuel sender for a '72 Type 3 that WORKS.
I have 3 which don't - is anyone using something else?
Muchos Gracias!
P.S. I have checked the electrics and everything is fine - the senders are the exception of course.
Email or PM please!

Pull them apart and clean the wire inside. I did this with the sender in my '65 Notch and it solved the problem. You have nothing to lose if you have
3 of them.

Yeah, did that one - that's what I meant on the electrics.
Thanks though - I'll give one a munch and see what happens.

Does it have a good earth? Mine stopped working after I painted the tank and replaced the seals between the tank and the body. Once I installed an
earth wire it was OK. To test just run a wire from the top of the sender to any good earth point on the body.
