Does 68 front window rubber = 76 rear window rubber?
I think I remember reading somewhere that a 1968-70 front and 1976 (L-Bug) rear screen rubber is the same length; same component. Does anyone know? If
so, it will make finding a rear screen rubber for an L-Bug very easy!!

no there not the same
the 68 70 front rubber is the same as a 76 front and a 76 is not a L bug
the rears are total different again
All the rubber are available in either Cal or Origional with the groove

Ok, maybe I should have written '76/L-bug' not '76 (L-Bug)'. I believe the rear window size was larger for L-bug - & '76 - than '68 (1500)
and I think the rubber for the larger rear glass is the same length as '68 (...err, 1500!... & '76!) front...
I have a stack of Cal rubbers here and I am trying to get them all into 'car sets' for future projects etc
