For anyone rebuilding a 1600 I have a German engine case suitable for a 1600SP motor that came off a complete 126 industrial motor. It had 8 hours use
on it, so its only been serviced and stored. In excellent near NOS condition. Comes with thick studs.
This case is perfect for a 1500/1600 engine rebuild. It isn't so suitable for hi-po use since its got the 8mm oil galleries and is single relief.
I have one of these engine in my split for the last 10 years and it still drives like new. German quality.
