Some people describe them as Porsche 356 wheels, but more likely they're a different size rim that's had standard VW centers welded into them and then been chromed. (pretty sure 356's never came with 4 stud wheels)

they look like standard steel VW wheels that have been widened and chromed..

4 stud with hub caps...

I have similar wheels on My 68 beetle...

I don't know who made them etc..??

I just noticed My wheels have NON VW slots...


those wheels on the Superbug will fit any beetle from 1968 to 1976 supers and Non supers..

PS: check to see they have 15 inch tyres on them.. LEE
many were made in 14 inch and even 13 inch..

my guess is they are 4 bolt Mangels in 6"

Not the best choice for supers.
You can see in the top picture they sit proud

My guess is they are an offset of about ET20
You need an off set of ET36 to ET50 to make a 6" wheel work on a super
