Various parts WTB or Swap in Brissy

Location: Brisbane
Name: Peter

Hi, I am trying to finish up a few projects that have dragged for far too long and am chasing the following parts. I would prefer to swap (within reason) some of the stuff listed just down a bit that is superfluous to me needs, but if nothing of mine grabs your interest, then I'm willing to buy (although I'd prefer to swap to save money and get rid of some of my stuff in the process). U2U or post any responses.

- 2xT1 IRS outer stub axles. Just need the stubs axles not the entire swingarm.
- 1xIRS outer hub spacer. The bit that looks like a 3inch piece of steel pipe...for the life of me I cannot find the 2nd of mine. Think I might also need a snap ring for the bearing :( Darn house moves...
- 1x12V o-ring T1 flywheel
- 2xIRS spring plate covers
- 2xT4 oil coolers in usable condition
- 1xdoghouse fan and hub (just the fan, not the entire shroud)
- 2xcomplete crankshaft gear set (including spacer). I.e. everything that gets pressed onto the crank.
- 1xT3 shifter
- 2xmk1 golf/Audi brake fluid reservoir. I have gone the mk1 master cylinder on my bugs, but I would prefer to use a golf or Audi reservoir so that it's a cleaner self-contained install without plumbing to under the bonnet (albeit harder to refill and check). IIRC some Audis and maybe later VWs had a level sensor in the cap, that would be ideal, but I'll take anything at the moment.
- Late throw out bearing and gearbox mounts (these I'd prefer new, maybe someone has some taking up space)
- mk1 golf bonnet
- Sheet (don't need too large) of 0.8mm zinc anneal steel (have to make some patch panels in an area where the 1mm I've been using will be too much of a PITA).
- Std diameter aluminum crank pulley

Not sure of my luck on the following...

- W100 cam
- Single HD valve springs
- 2100lb pressure plate

OK that was what I want at the moment. I have various things I don't need at the moment. If you have something I need and something I have grabs your interest, then more then likely I'd more than happy to swap. Prefer just pickup/delivery in Brissy (or even Toowoomba since I'm up there sometimes) to keep things simple.

- Sub and 6x9 enclosure made to fit behind the rear seat of a '66. Nice little design that also has a spot behind the sub to mount the amp.

- Oil filter/pump combo. Unused, but will need surfaces hand lapped I would think.

- Old 36HP shroud I found in a barn. It has surface rust but nothing too major (seriously) for something of this age. Could arrange sand blasting if needed.

- Door cards (aftermarket) early Beetle. One front unused, one front slightly wavy from water, rears OK but had notch cutout for hinge.

- Good uncracked single port heads.

http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3162/3018259679_b1517ff8af.jpg

- Dual voltage period radio (Paniola?). Haven't tested it, can do so if interested. Missing knobs (my idea at one point was to turn some up).

- Front early bumper in poor condition. Whilst it not overly rusty, it has been beat out at some point. Idea for rat look, although on my daily driver I found it did the job and wasn't too unsightly.

- Doghouse shroud, de-vented and modified for T4 oil cooler. Unfortunately to allow some throttle bodies to fit it was unmercifully beat on the sides...but if you wanted to run a T4 cooler, then maybe this ugly shroud is what you need.

- Coils galore, pitted side mirror, good chrome wing indicators. Also have a Bosch blue coil that isn't shown.

http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3060/3019081028_3edf1649c0.jpg

- Unused louvered, stainless firewall

http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3187/3018241895_6cbc5dcc23.jpg

- Bug Me (PAL VHS video) vol 6 (floorpan) and unopened vol 7 (heater channel and 1/4 panel replacement), and also a 411 Autopress manual in very good condition.

Also have many other things that I didn't photograph...

- wide 5 front hubs and drums (includes the aftermarket late-style locknut as well). Everything good cond (was on daily driver).
- Wide 5 rear drums
- 4 stud front/rear drums and backplates, shoes etc. All usable cond.
- Dodgy homemade upper mk1 golf strut brace
- 1.8L golf block, crank, intermediate shaft, head (just parts, not long block or anything)
- single port, dual port manifold centre sections
- Swing axle gearboxes (1 good, other either good or bad syncro - can't remember)
- Unused in-packet swingaxle boot
- many other things that you may need and I have...

I'd prefer just to swap, but if no one has something I need and wants it, then I'd probably sell the enclosure for $30 just to cover the cost of materials in it. It was made by a friend who is a cabinet maker so the quality of build if quite good.

I was asked about the gearboxes and couldn't PM because I haven't yet 5 posts. Anyway 1 of the boxes was bought off Dasdubber (I think) many moons ago as a replacement to my box that was dying. It was never fitted but is believed to be good. The other I am not so sure about, I used to have 3 swingaxle boxes (the one I just mentioned, one with a dud synchro and a good one I pulled from my daily driver after an IRS conversion). Anyway, now I only have 2, so I would think the other is the good one from my daily driver and I had tossed the dud, but I can't recall 100%. Unsure of ratios though, but I believe they were out of a 1300.
