Stable of bitches.
Well, just when the garage was starting to look healthy, one of them has to go.
I'm off to The States for a year and even though I have had another garage space dug out under the house in the last month there still just isn't
enough room to store all the cars while I'm away. My faithful daily driver the 61 bug is leaving tomorrow to a new home - that just leaves Beauty and The Beast.
The day I bought her.
The day I sold her.
I've had this bug for 4 years after spotting her in a neighbours shed where she had been off the road for 6 years. Alittle welding and a service and
she hasn't missed a beat in all the time I've had her.
I've been on more road trips in her than I can remember, from the Sunny Coast to Sydney at least once a year- no problems.
It breaks my heart to say goodbye to this good friend.
Lost but never forgotten.
