ceramic coating


hey all just wondering how many people have played aroung with ceramic coatings on pistons, barrels,cylinder heads.What ive been reading sounds like it could really benifit a performance vw any thoughts....

yeah, Col and Matt Berry have been playing with coatings(for sure Matt will chime in here as he doesn't miss a trick:yes:)...........with some percieved benefits.........

coated gearbox components seeing some benefits :tu:

Yep, they really work, been around for ages and definately make a difference,
cooler running, more horsepower, better fuel efficiency....can use them in all sorts of areas.

Yup Troy has some stuff coated on his Type 3 to keep temps as low as possible.

I have a few differenet coatings on my motor. They both inside and outside the engine......



I have no sympathy for my car, only the wallet that pays for it!
