My Bug


Hi all, Im located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia & here's my ride.

1974 beetle
1600cc (AS code engine)
Porsche 944 electric seats
Front disc brakes
Lowered (drop spindles)
Fitted with an external oil cooler from Mazda RX-7
Weber 32/36 Progressive Carb

Will be doing some upgrading work soon on the engine & the carb, pictures to follow.

Oh yes, forgot to mention that part. Air cond installed, using Denso air cond 505 compressor connected to a degree pully to minimise drag.

Next week, i'll be swapping the original alternator pulley with a Porsche 356 pulley which is smaller in size.
