Yep,
It's lowered about 3", with Pedders Sport Ryders, Whiteline swaybar, Scat Dragfast shifter, Empi Twin Carb, Empi external Oil Cooler, Singleport 1600.
Wheels are Early beetle 15-4" w/ 175/50 front , 15-7" w/ 195/65 rear.
I love Singleports. I've got 1680cc barrels and pistons, just haven't installed them yet. In the process of installing a Merged header with Mondo Muffler.

The engine looks rather clean, have you painted it or just detailed it?

Looks good mate

Yep,
just stripped it down to install external oil cooler and replaced a few other seals and splashed some colour on the tinware.
I was surprised that the Maroon did actually complement the orange, black and alloy.

The Carb kit is an EMPI/Webber ICT34 kit.
It was the ideal kit for me as I want to stick with Single port heads.

Heads

The single port heads give good torque are stronger and more reliable. I like the simplicity. I want my Van to be different and a little bit Old School.
Cheers,J
