Lots and lots,
Full sleeves, Back, chest stomach and legs. But always wanted to get racing stripes or flames on the old fella (wife won't let me).
There addictive, so be careful and never get anything you can't cover.

I love tatts ...on other people. Being a ex-services brat (Air Force, Army, Navy all figure in my extended family), I've known many that regret
every inking, and few that don't.
All power to those that love them, and with the new, removable, containerised ink technology, those of us that are a bit unsure should feel set
free.
When I was 18 odd, I wanted Sonic the Hedgehog on my upper arm, and a back/right shoulder with four claws slashing from inside the skin, two red eyes
in the inner rents, circled with "Werewolves of London", to symbolise that, which inside us all, we are capable of.
But my most prized requirement was ritualised scarring of my chest a'la Janes Addiction's Perry Farrell, an absolutely pivotal band in my youth (and
still now).
Why I didn't: 'Cause I'm not a big fan of permanancy. Being able to quickly and radically change my physical appearance figured prominently in my
early years.
But, this is a need for the expression of an art that I can truly appreciate.
A POSSE AD ESSE.
I live in my own little world, but it's okay, they know me here.

I don't have one but was fascinated for a while...watched LA Ink a lot until I got over it
If it means something to you then great..if not they do start to look less attractive as you age I think
My husband has a faded Saint George Cross because he still calls England home, and threatens to have my name over his heart..which is kinda sweet but
unnecessary
I like tribal tatts on people who it has a meaning for
This was done a few times here...but tats are still big and people are always trying to decide whether to get one, I know a the females of my family
had a discussion over dinner the other night...daughter and son's partner who both have a tatt and wonder whether to add another, the boys done have
one and have no plans

It does seem to be a girls thing.
I know about 10 girls including Fleur who have done it, but the few guys I know are older 60-70's tatts guys. Maybe I just dont hang out with a
certain cross section of the community?

I was out at particular swimming spot on new years day. lots of bogans (i'm one too) and more tats than you could poke a stick at. one young guy them
all over and had a word tattooed along his jaw line. that was the one that shocked me.

Thats a SWEEEEEEET tatt matt!!!!! Love it!!!!
My first was moon and stars up my ankle and is the only one I regret.
My second is a very nice femanine butterfly on the back of my neck.
But my pride and joy is my huge tribal butterfly on my lower back with the japanese symbol for "freedom" incorporated into it. I got that one after
my divorce and subsequent relationship, with an extreemly violent guy, ended (yep i know how to pick em). It is a reminder that I will NEVER let
myself be walked all over or held captive by a man again.

You just need to be a bit careful asking the local tatt dude to give you the chinese symbol for "Love" or "peace" or one of those. One of the
girls at work (Yes she is a Policewoman) went to the local tatt dude and picked out the chinese symbol for love and asked him to plant one on the back
of her neck. Turns out the guys who run the parlour are members of the Rebels M/C Club. And the symbol MOST DEFINITELY DOES NOT MEAN LOVE. In
Mandarin or Cantonese Chinese, Japanese, Korean or any other language for that matter. She doesnt know what it means and when she went back to front
them, well, you can understand where their customer service skills
are coming from. So shes got a tatt which for all she knows says "%#@ ME!"
30 years in the Police and Ive seen em all. Inside lips, inside ears, inside vaginas, full sleeve jobbies on the old fella, soles of feet, even one
inside an eyelid. Police love em. They are a form of fingerprint. Makes someone positively identifiable from a distance.

I'm in the navy and it's almost like more people have tattoos than dont, although there are probably certain similarities between my colleagues and
the long bay inmates.....
Myself I have a winged skull with crossed spanners on my left shoulder (yes I know its cheesy) and a big colourful pheonix on the right upper arm and
more to come, but theres no hurry i figure. Thinking about some Ed Roth style artwork next, or something to turn the pheonix into a half sleeve.
At the end of the day its just a bit of colour, not sure why people get so worked up?

before and it looked awesome, mmm still not sure what I'd get though.
