[FS - NSW] 67/68 TS Fastback - Revised

Name: Andrew
Location: Sydney
Contact No: 0410691014 or via AVD
Asking Price: $1500

Unfortunately will not have time or energy to work on my early Fasty. It is a country car (Tamworth) all its life but like many when broken just sat in the paddock for many years. Expert comments appreciated but told that its funny crossover deluxe model due to some of its features.

All in all its very solid/straight and is complete apart from non original front seats. Good pan and panels, doors minimal rust and all fixable. Is running IRS rear and a very good L-Bug SSP box. Lights and blinkers have great chrome and lenses are very good. Bumpers with over-riders and trims are excellent.

This was to be another Suby transplant project for me thus its current engine combo suited me perfectly. Its currently running a EA82 carby engine (Im sure thats the 1800 engine). The carby was taken off for service but never put back on, thus thats where she sat for many years after. With a little tinkering the car could run the Suby motor as is or taken back to run an air cooled.

Remember its a non runner at present but a great start for a project. It is partly disassembled as I was checking it out for rust and from what I can see its been hit in the water box area/drain holes (behind rear wheel arch) with typical rust but again not too hard to fix and will be hidden anyway.

Only have the photo of it when sitting in the paddock and will try and get some more but if people want specifics please ask.

Have many spare parts and panels that can be sold at negotiated price after purchase price of car is sorted.

Cheers, Andrew

I love 242HP sleepers.

How many sets of lights does it take a $229k Carrera S to learn? UPDATE: Cayman S, M3, B4 now added to the list.

Will try and get some pics this weekend, just hard as its sitting behind about 4 other cars (not mine!). Will take shots of interior and Suby engine and the rust area. I thought it was a bargain when I bought it because of it being a good starting point but you never know?????
