Brake pedal soft
i have mazda discs & calipers up frotn and Falcon El on the rear with a twin master cylinder. I've jsut had the rears rebuilt and the whole
system flushed as the brakes have always felt weak and spongy. Nothing, no improvement at all
ideas? i have a transport deptment inspection on monday morning and i am a little worried they will knock me on it so any ideas would be great. there
is no leaks and the rear has all new hose's to, front has no leaks and its all in good condition. all i can think is the master cylinder is
wankered?

Is it a VW master cylinder????
the rear brakes must be above the master cylinder
undo both bleed screws and they should be OK....
after a maybe an hour....
From a brake person.. [Not Me]
Not many people successfully can put a kit in a VW master cylinder.. so I was told...??
other cars are easy??
LEE
PS: Having all different brake pistons etc...
may not help???

the master cyclinder isnt matched to the discs
it otherwords you aint got enough the output volume of the fluid in the master cyclinder isnt enough to input into the calipers there too big
not matched
convert back to stock VW discs n calipers on the front
