VERY ORIGINAL 1959 VW BEETLE F/S SOLD
I bought a house last year which came with a very nice original 59 bug, only some surface rust, drives well,1200c,very good brakes etc, has semaphores
still fitted, later model lights but comes with original 50,s taillights and windsheild for drivers door, unregistered but should pass a rwc, $3750

The 1200 motor is a sweet little engine with more than enough power for what you can legally do.
Also seems very cheap on petrol.

Late '59 Beetles, as well as early'60s, had the dished steering wheel - and short rear torsion bars, front anti-roll bar,etc. Have you checked
wheels and glass for dates? It may even be a fully-imported one.
