I'd like to hear too.
Just checking do you have the heater boxes with the two pipes per side and the trapezium shaped flanges?

These are the headers i had custom made by CES racing. Pipes are 1"5/8 and are tuned length and mandrel bent. system runs forward to the front of the
car with a 3 chamber turbo muffler located between the chassis rails and then between the chassis rail and the sill is a resonator and the system
exits at the sill just in front of the RHR wheel.

That'll do nicely.
Just stick it in the mail for me tomorrow couldya mate?
Probably the only exhaust in existence that wouldn't foul on my towbar. Full points for the side exit pipe too.
If you don't mind me asking, how much does getting something like that made cost? and did you have to source the manifold flanges, or are they an
available part?

system cost me $700 about 11 years ago. Mufflers and flanges are all generic and easily available. to put somehting like this on a type 4 in a
beetle/bug you might want to get the pipe configuration changed slightly as it is really desinged to fit under a bus which does have a lot more room.
Matt as you would know it sounds nothing like a VW. all i ever get is "has it got a subaru/ Porsche in it cause it doesn't sound like a dak dak"
Matt videos etc will happen sunday at dubs by the pub I mean pie. My mate is mounting a video camera (weather permitting) on the side of my bus for
the cruise up the coast. He will also be hanging out the sliders taking pics as well
